Regarding the Ministry of Education's new regulations on delayed disclosure of theses effective Academic Year 114, please comply accordingly.

1. According to the Ministry of Education's official document dated June 4, 2025:
From the academic year 114, students must apply for delayed disclosure of their thesis before taking their degree examination. During the examination, relevant supporting documentation must be provided for the examination committee to review whether the thesis involves confidential matters, patents, or information prohibited from disclosure by law. The committee members must personally sign the application form.
(Note: The official document specifies that confidential matters refer to"national security.")

 

2. The library has updated the form "Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation" in accordance with the Ministry of Education's official document dated August 5, 2025, adding a "Committee Member's Handwritten Signature" field. Please download the latest version from the thesis system. It is mandatory to present the form to the examination committee for review and signature during the examination.
